Lindsay Graves is an Attorney at Hillstone Law Accident & Injury Attorneys who litigates cases in all areas of personal injury law. After graduating summa cum laude from Chapman University, Lindsay attended Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, all while continuing to fight for justice for personal injury victims as a full-time law clerk. Lindsay graduated from law school in 2024 and has been practicing all aspects of personal injury law since passing the California Bar Examination on her first attempt. Lindsay’s practice encompasses all aspects of personal injury litigation, including, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and actions against governmental entities. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in achieving many six and seven figure results for her clients.

For the last decade, Lindsay has committed herself to getting justice for clients injured by the wrongdoing of others. She worked as a legal assistant, paralegal, and law clerk before attending law school, which gave her invaluable insight into every aspect of a personal injury case.
