Armen Derian is the Managing Attorney for Pre-Litigation at Hillstone Law. His focus is on overseeing pre-litigation operations and case development from intake to litigation, working to ensure cases are progressing efficiently and positioned for maximum value – either for settlement or transition to litigation. Prior to joining Hillstone Law, and for a significant portion of his career, Armen served as a defense litigator representing major national insurers and self-insured entities in high-exposure personal injury and general liability matters. He also held leadership roles managing litigation for large healthcare and insurance organizations, gaining deep insight into defense strategies, claims evaluations and risk management practices. Armen uses this experience to effectively position the firm’s client’s claims form maximum recovery.
